Designation - Delivery Manager
Location - Ambattur, Chennai
New Hire Training Delivery:
- End to end responsible for managing new hire process training & On-the-Job Training (OJT)
- Monitoring and evaluate existing training programs effectiveness, success and ROI for every training program
- Review, Update and /or design training modules, content development for Product & Process training
- Prepare the training plan and calendar based on hiring pipeline
- Ensure the training delivery is as per the quality standards in all learning environments classroom, floor and virtual
Continuous Learning:
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through task analysis, process specifics in consultation with OPS/SQ managers
- Provide opportunities for ongoing development through Refresher and Product training programs
- Conduct regular TNA and plan interventions as per TNIs, Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
- Prepare effective training content and module as per business needs
- Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
Strategic Role:
- Ensure the financial objectives of the training are met
- Collates and presents weekly training performance data to department head and supervisor
- Conducts training programs as per the inputs shared by key stakeholders and promote interesting learning session for the employees
- Presents ad-hoc training plans, solutions and results to all key stakeholders
- Demonstrates understanding of Employability skills, teaching materials, and procedures with understanding of various teaching methods
- Keeps abreast of learning and development best practices and introduces them to company.
- Facilitating performance evaluations and complete regular assessments of employees to identify coaching opportunities to lift performance.
- Leading, review and managing a team of AMs / TL / Trainers
- Team management (Production, Quality, Attrition, Shrinkage, Employee Engagement)
- Identify scope for automation or other technology solutions for the process
External Facing Description:
- Evaluate, investigate, and resolve compliance issues/concerns within the organization
- Good verbal and written communication
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Extensive knowledge on MS applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
- Ability to analyze data from various sources and publish dashboards, reports/ presentations
