Responsibilities

Create new entrees for the menu onboard.
Ensure all food safety regulations are followed on board
Inspect the quality of the food on board
Be aware of new culinary trends and recipes
Coordinate all of the kitchen staff onboard
Hire and train new kitchen staff on board
Manage special dietary needs
Oversee purchasing to stay within certain budget on cruises
