Software Implementation & Support Consulting Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent analytical and documentation skills

Ability to be an effective liaison between IT, Business and other departments

Quickly understands the business problems and IT challenges of client s organization and industry

Documents as is and to be processes

Develops simple specifications and change requests

Develops Test Plan and Test Scripts

Creates test data and executes Test Scripts

Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner

Communicates needed changes to development team

Understands how to communicate difficult/ sensitive information

Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships Technical Skills

Good understanding in principles of application programming, database and system design

Hands on experience in java or C++ or .Net technology is mandatory

Development experience in Structs or AJAX or Spring and JavaScript technology is mandatory

Good working knowledge in Web sphere or JBOSS or WebLogic is mandatory

Good working knowledge in SQL

Good working knowledge in Unix, Linux, Windows or iSeries environments

Supports system and application configuration, testing

Experience in one or more vendor applications such as Sterling Commerce or LogFire Cloud WMS or Manhattan Applications or Oracle E- business suites are preferred Additional requirements

Supply chain or WMS knowledge is very desirable.

Working knowledge on large, enterprise level web application is a plus.
