Senior Architecture Manager @ Busisol Sourcing India

Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, Specification etc.).
Develop shop drawings / calculation and coordinate with other discipline drawing and sent approval process to project consultant with update log
Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
Handle and supervise the Draftsmen activities and ensure right product to be delivered
Coordinate with the Surveying Engineer to provide him all the information and any site measurement required.
Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solution.
Prepare As-built drawings at the end of the project and involve handover activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
10-15 yrs of Design Engineering Experience, Maximum Experience in Engineering consulting firm Bachelor / Master in Engineering : Civil / Structural / Arch / Elect / Mech
Software Packages: AutoCad / 3Dmax / Unifier / Eng Software / Professional certification / Revit
PREFERRED SKILLS
Construction Design / Design Calculations / Design Engineering / Value Research / Supervision / Materials Take off / BOQ / prepare Specification / Materials approval / Validate the design /
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Overseas engineering Design experience preferred
