Job Description:
Planning & QS role for any high rised Residential/Commercial Projects with Auto CAD / MS Projects / Primavera. Should have through knowledge in MS Projects (Planning, Scheduling and resource). Experience in preparing all site invoices and reports, MIS using available software. Experience in quantity take off ,preparing BoQ, Specifications, Rate analysis, preparing bills & Work orders/purchase orders. Budget, Cost control and time control, procurement procedures.
EDucation :BE/B.Tech Civil
Experience: 8 to 10Yrs of experience required,
Location :Hyderabad.
Contract Duration : 1 year extendable
