Role Description:
The QA Automation Manager would need to have at least 10+ years of experience. This Candidate must have experience of test automation using Selenium and also should have managed a QA team of 6-8 people. Responsibilities:
- Review and contribute to requirements analysis and agile story grooming to ensure testability.
- Handle a team of 6-8 QA people
- Determine Testing strategy based on requirements analysis.
- Design and develop Test Automation Scripts using Selenium Web Driver.
- Design and execute web service test cases.
- Work with the developers, testers and program managers to ensure application stability and requirements coverage.
- Ensure defects are resolved in a timely manner.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment often with short QA cycles.
Selection Criteria:
- 10+ years Automated test development using Selenium Java is required
- Candidate having experience in a product based company is preferred
- Experience of managing a QA team of 6-8 people
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Hands on experience in testing Android apps, and REST APIs
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
- BTech/MCA from a good college.
- Notice period should not be more than 60 days.

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Computers
PG: MCA - Computers, M.Tech - Computers
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
