Who We Need
We are looking for a top-tier Business Application Senior QA Engineer to help build and expand our Business Application QA for growing Business Applications team. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be establishing the QA lifecycle, systems and process to build and automate process to deliver high quality business systems functionality in Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora and Business Intelligence by managing multiple QA team members. What Youll Do
As a Quality Assurance Engineer you are responsible for the testing of software development efforts for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, CPQ, and Marketing Cloud, NetSuite, Zuora including both manual testing and test automation design. The QA Specialist you will create testing-related documentation, including test plans, test cases/scripts, and bug reports assessing quality and associated risk; participate actively in functional, system, integration and regression testing activities within project timelines, and work with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and other QA Engineers in an Agile team environment. Expected to take the initiative, be creative and innovative, and drive effective QA strategies and share ideas.Works closely with Salesforce architects, developers, other administrators, and product owners, as well as bean active participant in gettingprojects completed.
Job Responsibilities
Create test case artifacts and perform test execution following standard QA methodologies to ensure the delivery of quality products
Possess in-depth knowledge of regression testing, ad hoc testing, functional testing, and integration testing
Execute functional, application, regression, ad-hoc, and integration tests; including both positive and negative scenarios
Create a traceability matrix of each test case back to user stories
Responsible for identifying bugs and communicating their business impact to facilitate decision-making by product management and engineering
Within a team environment, pro-actively analyze, clarify, plan and test software
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases for a multi-cloud environment
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using testing automation tools
Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Salesforce Developers and Salesforce Business System Analysts to resolve issues
Responsible for continually evaluating test methodologies and regression scripts
Participate in an Agile development environment / Scrum team
Work to meet project schedules, time-lines and deadlines
Provide accurate estimates to assigned task
Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
Effective communicator that works well in a collaborative team setting
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field or a combination of education and experience
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
7+ years of QA Analyst experience required
5+ years of IT experience preferred
4+ years of Salesforce QA experience preferred (manual and automation)
4+ years' experience with HTML, JavaScript, SOQL, SOSL, SQL, XML, jQuery, APEX, Visualforce preferred
Experience in managing multiple QA team members to deliver the high-quality work deliverables
Automation experience using Selenium/QTP preferred
Salesforce Administrator, Platform app builder, and/or Developer I certification(s) preferred
Proven experience testing web and mobile applications.
Proven experience testing native mobile applications (iOS and/or Android)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with both IT and business partners
Skilled in risk assessment and impact analysis for software applications
Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
