15+ years of overall experience At least 8-10 years in managing the project and programs. Should have managed large accounts/ portfolios (10M+) Must have managed large multi technology AMS engagement with either SAP or Oracle EBS as a core application (~200 people or more) Core technical skills should be around any ERP preferably either SAP or EBS Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience to lead the proposals, manage bids is a must Exposure of managing the ERP related transformation program. Well versed with VBU/ HBU model of working Exposure to ITIL, CMMI, ISO will be added advantage (ITIL certification will help a lot) Experience into Manufacturing is a must Level 7B Location - Pune
