We are in need of field collection executives.

Job location: National Capital Region (NCR)

TanServ is a B2B Account Receivables Management Company. The requirement is to meet customers (all of them would be corporates) and follow up on invoice payments.

Below is the Job Description for B2B collection:

This role is based out of our client's premises in DLF Cybercity Gurgaon

Monitor accounts receivable to identify outstanding debts.
Take actions to encourage timely debt payments.
Resolve billing and customer credit issues.
Update account status records and collection efforts.
Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
To Maintain Client Relationship.
Dispute resolution.
Working on a software tool.

Required Graduates with accounting knowledge.
