Responsible to handle and deliver training in his respective technologies.
Responsible to handle client expectation setting/evaluation Calls.
Responsible to create/curate the contents/material required for his respective
training.
Responsible to upgrade his skills on the provided learning path and get the
certifications.
Responsible to execute the training successfully with the feedback of 4.8 out of
5.
Functional/Technical skills:
Minimum of 3-5 years of corporate training experience.
Ability to handle the New Hire Training and Lateral training too.
Some exposure of Development field
Comfortable to handle client expectation setting/evaluation calls.
Knowledge about traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
Knowledge about learning management systems and virtual tool platforms.
Sound knowledge and ability to handle training on Networking, Windows Server, Sharepoint,
Virtualization, Vmware, CCNA, CompTIA N+ && Citrix
Knowledge on Cloud Technology && tools- Private Cloud, Public Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, AWS,
Azure, GCP is an additional advantage
Behavioural skills: Communication
Behavioural skills: Communication skills/ team leading
Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
