This is a high-visibility role which requires interactions with Senior Management for the provision of data-driven insights on the business and recommendation for critical decision making.
Job Requirements
Write basic SQL queries or Python to extract business data, analyze, find pattern, identify opportunities and build business case for strategic insights
Assist many levels of senior management in making informed business decisions to sustain and improve seller risk management competitive position
Provide historical, current and predictive views of business operations and communicate the roadmap and progress to global teams and leadership team
Shape and/or champion new directions and changes in business solutions. Seek out improvement or innovation opportunities/ideas that have immediate or long-term impacts on business
Do research study and in-depth analysis with comprehensive analytical framework and machine learning methodology
Design KPI to track performance of different segment teams from various angles
Use various data visualization tools/techniques to provide insights/learnings and design data tools for E2E team
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field with 4+ years professional work experience, or Master degree with 2+ years profession experience
Strong in data science, analytics and problem solving. Proficient with SQL, Python and etc.
Experience in online payment industry and/or proven track record to manage projects is a strong plus
High level skills in breaking down problems into their essential elements, carrying out a diagnosis and developing a solution
Fluency in English, both written and oral.
Good inter-personal skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams and manage relationship with key partners across different sections
Demonstrates good business sense and logical thinking on a wide range of business topics and issues
