Position Name: Senior/Junior IT Recruiter
The role involves -
(1) Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle.
(2) Sourcing & validation - sourcing through various channels (i.e.) job portals; social networking sites & mapping of target companies to understand the available talent pool, reference, etc.
(4) Database management.
(5) Salary Negotiation
(6) Candidate nurturance
(7) Manage client SPOC s and client calls
(8) Understanding of IT skills is of paramount importance for this role
