- Head the entire engineering function and lead a team of rock star engineers.
- Ideate, create the product roadmap, design the architecture and ensure development within estimated time lines

Our Client is the fastest growing start up in their domain and have completed their Series D round of funding and looking to expand at a fast pace.
Description:
Reporting to the Co-Founder, this role would have the below responsibilities:
- Heading the entire engineering function of 120+ associates
- Envisioning, creating and ideating the product road map and new product lines along with different stake holders.
- Architecting and designing using cutting edge technologies
- Building a robust and scalable platform and guiding a team of rock star engineers through the process
Profile:
A successful candidate would have the below attributes
- A Btech + MBA graduate from a premium institute with 15+ years of experience
- Hands on experience of leading large engineering teams and steering them towards meeting deadlines and estimations
- Experience of working on B2C platforms in the internet commerce, ecommerce, logistics or any other relevant domain.
- A Technology enthusiast with an equal passion and experience in ideating and creating product lines and defining product roadmaps
- Excellent leadership skills with proficiency in verbal and written communication
