Job Description

HIRING FOR TEAM LEADER POSITION

SALARY- 25K TO 30K

LOCATION- NOIDA

Skills Required -

Candidate should be Graduate
Candidate should have good communication skills
Candidate should be aware about KRA/KPI of Team Leader (Collection)
Candidate should have knowledge of Dialer/Outbound
Minimum 1 year required as a TL (Collection)

Responsibilities -

Complete monitoring of the finance collection on vendor premises.
Managing day to day planning, operational challenges and solving problems of a team of agents.
Maintenance of the data records, meeting revenues & targets.
Maintaining daily MIS report and daily pendency as well tracking waiver report and file.
Operational management. Managing the floor, adherence to schedule.
Training and development of staff.
Motivation, leadership for a team leaders agents and developing future leaders.
Conducting performance appraisal for the team.
Contribute to the initial hiring and selecting process of the front line.
Compiling reports of team performance, target Conversion, TAT and indicators.
Work very closely with the team members, understand the agents problems and weaknesses and address these.
