Manage a multi-layered team of 50-100 people and be responsible for their performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be preferably an MBA from Tier 1/2 Colleges.
Candidates with relevant experience from FMCG, Retail, E-commerce Industry are preferable.
2-5 Years experience in field sales, area sales, regional sales across FMCG, Retail/ E-commerce.
Leading a young and motivating the inspired team to become the place for B2B business.
Communicating efficiently and driving placement on the mission, goals/ targets.
Super associated with customer experience.
Responsible for recruiting, training, and performance management of the team.
Drive category growth through new initiatives.
Interpreting and analyzing data to understand problems sharply.
Will be required to work with other functions (Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations).
