Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for involving product development in R&D department. This role might require travelling to China frequently.
Key responsibilities include -
- Working with the R&D team to design and develop improvements to the products and manufacturing processes through initial concept design, engineering analysis, prototyping, risk assessment and evaluation.
- Design, develop and prototype new products and manufacturing processes
- Development and modification of existing products

- Develop timelines and cost estimates for development tasks and appraise management of performance against plan to maintain compliance to project schedule.
- Provide suitable drawings or CAD models for a wide variety of implant types in order to manufacture and inspect, adhere to procedures set out by Quality and Regulatory Affairs.
- Analyse and act on feedback from customers to continually develop and enhance the product offering.

Candidate should be diploma Holder with 1 to 2 years experience in Mechanical engineering
- Knowledge of designing PCB circuit board and product designing
- Design experience with proficient use of CAD (AutoCAD solid works)
- Intermediate understanding of Electronics
- Experience in design controls and risk management within a regulated industry is preferable.
Education:
UG: Diploma - Mechanical, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Mechanical
