Job Description
Mechanical PM
- Experience in Homogenizer, Pasteurizer, Separator, etc.
- Experience in any kind Rotary/Liquid Fillers, Blow Molding, Labeler etc.
- Experience Robotic palletizers. Sound mechanical fitting techniques and skills.
- Excellent understanding of pneumatic circuits, applications and faultfinding.
- Hands on experience in all types of valve maintenance.
- Working with and diagnosing faults with Mechanical Drive systems including; v-belts/pulley drives, chain drives, conveyor belts, gear boxes/gear sets, bearing damage and shaft wear.
- All types of pumps including centrifugal and positive displacement pumps etc. maintenance experience, packing and mechanical seals.
- Understanding of control valve philosophy and valve repair.
- Knowledge and experience on all types of bearing applications.
- Pneumatics component system knowledge and experience.
Mechanical Utility
- Extensive experience in boilers and steam system components.
- Knowledge and experience in air compressors, air dryers, condensers and types and their fundamentals.
- Hot water system and condensate recovery.
- Working with and diagnosing faults with Mechanical Drive systems including; v-belts/pulley drives, chain drives, conveyor belts, gear boxes/gear sets, bearing damage and shaft wear.
- Insulation basics ( for cold media and hot media).
- AHU and HVAC maintenance experience.
