Opening for Recruitment Executive/Sr.Executive position For Le Human Resource Solutions Pvt.Ltd Pune Office

Responsible for End-to-end Recruitment

Experience - Fresher to 10years

Salary in between 10,000 to 20,000 (Depend on your experience and interview)

Understanding the JD

Understand Client and Job profile thoroughly .

Sourcing resumes from various sources (Naukri, Monster, Times job, LinkedIn, Internal Database)

Sourcing and Screening the resumes according to requirement allocated

HR Screening and short-listing of candidates and preparing job files.

Conducting telephonic/ Skype interviews

Scheduling the interviews

Handling various kinds of candidate queries at all stages of the pre and post recruitment process

Follow up with selected candidates till they joined our clients

Building up a database of resumes for future references

Working with different clients for different locations all over India.

Coordinating with the manager / team lead to get the feedback from client.
