Position: Executive
Package: 4 - 4.50 LPA
For Male( Rotational Shift)
For Female - Dayshift
Position : Permanent position
Job Location: Narsapura( Near Kolar/ next to hoskote)
Work Experience:
Candidate should be preferably having 2 to 3 years of E-commerce,Retail with transportation Work experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
Co-ordination and regular follow up with 3 PL ,FC and seller support team
Regular follow-up with 3pl and seller support team, and ensure timely system closure of each request.
Tracking undelivered consignments and identify the reason for non delivery
Prepare reports and timely reverts on mail
Regular follow up with zonal and central team on appointment slots for seller returns
Align the team towards common and shared objectives
Good alignment in understanding and operationalizing interstate transport solutions with tax compliance.
Skill and Knowledge required :
Preferable Operational Knowledge of logistics network (air/surface)
Should be good in MS Office especially excel
Should be having good communication skill
