Desired Candidate Profile
Productivise (a SaaS product of TechCelX) is an A.I driven digital technology venture engaged in software products for Enterprise and Government deployments (both in India and Global).
Our Cloud SaaS platform uses state of the art technology stack Machine Learning, NLP, Blockchain, Real Time analytics driven BOT along with deep Reinforcement Learning to help organizations optimise engagement, productivity, and performance of their workforce.
About the role:
The Sr. QA Engineer will be working alongside others from a range of disciplinary backgrounds, and be responsible for complete end-to-end testing lifecycle including testing the product's existing and new features, automating the test cases, reporting bugs etc.
Your activities will also include developing and maintaining the test plans, test-cases, contributing to the enhancement of the QA strategies and processes, take ownership of the entire app lifecycle and drive the following activities:
- Work with UX designers, and other cross-platform Developers to build enterprise mobile solutions
- Planning and executing manual and automation testing
- Creating, updating and executing test plans with high accuracy
- Creating test script and/or test cases for the product/service to be released
- Executing test cases and test scripts in a timely manner and provide clear summary of test results.
- Documenting defects clearly and do follow-ups till closure as per Sprint priorities
- Actively participate in Sprint planning meeting, product grooming and relevant team meetings
- Identifying gaps in requirements, help refine specifications to avoid cascading of poor design and implementation
- Planning test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope and delivery dates
- Applying analytical skills to participate in troubleshooting of issues with cross-platform teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution

Eligibility Criteria:
- The ideal candidate would be open to learn new things, not afraid to take chances, and interested in learning every aspect of running this venture.
- Startup mindset and DNA - ability to learn quickly and work independently in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience in testing Android, iOS mobile applications and Web Portals
- Experience in Load & Performance testing
- Experience in developing Test strategies, test plans and test schedules.
- Passion to learn continuously in a fast moving environment
- Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Strong analytical skills to be able to translate from system requirements and use cases to detailed test cases
- Experience in working on automation testing tools
- Setting up of test environment for V&V activities
