Responsibilities shall include the following:
Overall responsibility of automotive cybersecurity planning and monitoring for the SoC
Prepare Automotive Cybersecurity Plan (Scope of work, details of plan vs actual of top-level cybersecurity deliverables and tasks, Project specific R R for security deliverables, Process tailoring, Document management plan, Cybersecurity Audits and Assessment Plan)
Facilitate TARA (Threat Analysis Risk Assessment at top level)
Review and approval of security requirements for applicable subsystems, cybersecurity work products
Develop the cybersecurity case as required by this cybersecurity plan. Monitor the progress of cybersecurity case and present the status, dashboard in program reviews and management reviews.
Coordinate cybersecurity task planning with IP teams throughout the development life cycle (including TARA at IP level analysis).
Coordinate with PdM, Functional security lead, and with the customer on resolving any cybersecurity issues or conflicts
Obtain and allocate resources to ensure effective implementation of this plan for applicable subsystems/Ips
Coordinate in planning and participate in cybersecurity audits and assessment
Ensure training of cybersecurity IP leads and other appropriate personnel in methods, tools, and techniques used in auto cybersecurity tasks
Work closely with SoC Design and IP teams, 3rd party IP vendors, Software team and FuSa team, as well as customers to ensure the defined Cybersecurity spec and process is deployed.
Maintain a strong knowledge of Automotive cybersecurity best practices. Influence internal stakeholders with actionable data to ensure gaps to expectations are closed in a timely fashion.
Establish and maintain healthy relationships with influential/decision making on cyber security throughout the organization.
Overall responsibility of product auto cybersecurity technical security concept, security requirements, cybersecurity architecture specification, review of security requirements for applicable subsystems
Perform TARA (Threat Analysis Risk Assessment) at top level
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
10+ years Systems Engineering / VLSI design or related work experience.
Has knowledge of cyber security-based product development flow and validation.
Has led Cybersecurity implementation in SOC/Cores/IP.
Hands-on experience with automotive Cybersecurity ISO 21434 standard spec and implementation.
Structured problem-solving capability and ability to work with teams on root cause analyses.
Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years Automotive cybersecurity experience and familiarity with Security work products, experience with Functional Security Hardware development in semiconductor industry meeting IS0 26262 standards
Familiarity with ISO 26262 automotive FuSa standards is a plus
Relevant Cybersecurity Certification is desired
