Job Description: Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Gurgaon, India
Reporting Line: Head IT
Role: To plan, organise, and integrate cross-functional resources to effectively manage all phases of project for the business and participate in the development of a long-term strategy for the information technology services.
Responsibilities: Responsible for product development, platform (web/app) development, 3rd party integrations via APIs
Responsible for performing strategic analysis for projects related to online lending operations
Develop and launch the project roll-out plans, considering and ensuring achievement of established business goals, inclusive terms, budgets and quality.
Assembling and coordinating with project team members and developers- inhouse/ outsourced; assigning individual responsibilities.
Manage customer and company data, taking into account Group approved standards and policies.
Manage the teams in order to achieve business goals, successful completion of projects and respective plans of production and development.
Provide solutions aiming to achieve cost efficiency.
Manage timely solutions implementation with internal and external resources (project planning and resources management, development teams organization, testing and user acceptance).
Manage solutions of functional and non-functional business requirements.
Manage systems capacity to guarantee business growth and a timely plan.
Coordinate with regional technology teams, processes and tools to guarantee delivery of requested business functionality within the approved quality, budget and time restrictions.
Lead process development across key business areas. Lead requirements elicitation/analysis and solving problems using IT solutions.
Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), write System Requirements Specifications (SRS), and deliver project/status reports, High Level Designs (HLD), Business rules and process maps.
Experience:
SDLC and Project Management Experience
Ability to manage projects, users, systems, and deadlines
Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in start-ups would be an advantage
Tools: Microsoft office suite, Visio, SQL etc.
Knowledge of best practices in technology as well as wide practical experience of their adaptation and implementation.
Strong ability to initiate and implement new operational approaches.
Strong leader, able to coordinate and drive a team.
Understand the needs of a start-up, with willingness and ability to perform duties beyond the scope of work.
Creativity to generate and communicate new ideas as well as championing continuous improvement.
Flexible and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
University degree in technical or B-TECH /computer sciences; MBA would be a plus.
Candidate should have experience in setting up/liaising with external integration systems in financial services. e.g Credit bureau, Payments, UIDAI-Aadhaar etc
Implementation of internal system i.e. Loan Management System, CRM, Risk, Tele calling.
Should be able to manage third party integrations
Good analytical skills with an ability to transform the needs of business users and stakeholders into functional/technical requirements
Ability to strategize and implement operational requirements based on forecasted trends in business.
