2. Experienced candidate from collection domain or other customer support domain shall apply

3. Candidate should be flexible to work for UK shift

4. Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing Environment

5. Good interpersonal skills and team player Provide exceptional customer service

6. Transition experience would be added advantage

7. Candidate from any educational background shall apply

* it will be work from home opportunity until Covid'19 Lock down* Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
