JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB SCOPE

1. The Job function requires working for TRS product line as a drafting and Windchill loading and clean-up resource.


2. He / She would require doing drafting in Creo or AutoCAD working of marked up prints.


3. Post to further training he/she may need to clean-up or load parts in Windchill.


4. Perform specific engineering tasks within predefined design specifications.


5. Perform functions to design or develop new or existing company products.

DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Perform simple engineering tasks using established procedures, these include, but are not limited to stress analysis, material selection, cost estimation, and tolerance studies.
2.Perform engineering layouts for fit, form and function checking.
3.Preparation of documentation for engineering design files.
4.Coordinate with CAD Drafters for creation of drawings.
5.Know and understand Weatherford s Enterprise Excellence Program and the Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
6.Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
7.Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
8.Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality System Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
9.Understand and comply with all Safety and Environmental requirements.
10.Perform various other duties as required by CAD Analyst, Team Lead Project Lead within the physical constraints of this job.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential: B.E. Mechanical Degree in Engineering

Preferred: Masters in CAD

SKILLS KNOWLEDGE:

1. 3+ years CAD Engineering, design field experience


2. Excellent Engineering knowledge


3. Creo and Windchill Experience.

Special REQUIREMENTS:

1. Manufacturing Experience.


2. Preferably from Oil Gas Industry -Upstream (Prefered).
