Job Description
Experience: 3+ years of experience in building/maintaining infrastructures primarily on AWS/Google/Azure /Internal environment for Cloud. Web and Desktop applications. Background in Linux/Unix Administration; 3+ Years of Experience providing DevOps support to Desktop, Cloud, Web Based SaaS based solution with continuous deployment model; Experience using a variety of open source technologies and tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, Maven, GIT; Incremental code testing and deployment in multiple environments; Experience with automation/configuration management using Puppet, Chef, etc; History of collaboration with IT operations, multiple business functions, and other departments; Background in Linux/Unix Administration, code/script (Bash/Shell); Experience and working understanding of multiple coding and scripting languages including Python, PHP, and shell scripting; Experience with Azure products and technology is necessary. GCP or AWS would be a plus; Experience with Docker Images and JIRA/Confluence; Familiarity with operational tools like Nagios, ITRS etc to help integrate with operational setup; Experienced in using tools like Ansible, Terraform or equivalent for IT process automation; Familiarity in setting up CI/CD processes from development, testing, deployment and managing the releases; Experience in using SQL and No-SQL databases is desirable; Familiar with virtualization, cloud deployments using AWS, Azure or private cloud. Experience on a team using Agile Scrum Qualification A College or University degree in computer science or the equivalent Required Soft Skills Demonstrate drive, determination, enthusiasm, and an ability to work effectively in a team Exhibit ability to solve problems efficiently Should be dedicated, self-disciplined, proactive, follow deadlines and able to work independently Should have good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
