Design & estimation of Heat Exchangers

Responsibilities

• Prepare design calculation of Static Process Equipment Pressure Vessels, Columns, Heat Exchangers etc
• Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements & specifications
• Reviewing of UDS (Users Design Specification)
• Checking GA and fabrication drawing.
• Design & estimation of process equipment using PV-Elite
• Assist in preparing & issuing Bill of Material.
• Reviewing of Vendors drawings and issue approval for manufacturing.
• Preparation of fabrication tolerance requirements to meet Code and Customers specifications
