. Project Management of intiatives on Automation of proceses or Tool enhancements for Data Management (Defining strategy, analysis/feasibility on Requirement, co-ordination with technology and digital solutiona teams, preparing Project & Communication plans, etc) to improve employee experience & reduce risks
. Support/ Partner with HR teams, other LOBs as SME's on small/ large intiatives to create operational efficiencies owned by Employee Data Operations
. Closely monitor volume trends, identify red flags, deep dive for root cause and implement fix
. Automate Metrics reporting per audience requirement
. Build escalation and CSAT review model, identify scope of improvement, plan and implement necessary next steps
. Build Quality check plan, monitor and ensure necessary feedback model is followed. Review trends and partner with Ops manager on necessary action plan
. Periodically review Headcount, identify scope creeps, plan new work model against planned improvements, plan on optimum utilization of resources
. Support Backfeed unwind
. Drive Global HRT initiatives - System upgrades, Scanning Releases, application decommissioning
. Review articles on insideHR, **@jp*c and holding learning sessions related to GDM functions
. Partner with clients to determine requirements for improved processed, enhancements to tools
. Assist management to prioritize releases
. Provide complete analyses of issues with detailed process gains/saves
. Review Project and testing plan prepared
. Escalate high priority issues in a timely manner
. Determine interim solutions wherever applicable
. Partner with technology to prioritize issues/ releases
. Partner with technology to ensure appropriate understanding of requirements are drafted
. Ensure release deadlines are met and smooth roll outs to clients
. Provide Sign-offs, attend and provide accurate information on Exit tollgates
. Ensure appropriate resources are allocated to Project releases
. Monitor BAU processes have the right controls with reference to issues out of HR tools
. Ensure learning sessions are conducted whenever required
. Ensure Knowledge share has been performed in a timely and accurate manner
. Ensure all process changes are documented as per required formats
. Coach, provide feedback, mentor, lead by example, and provide direction and guidance to his/ her TL's.
. Lead and manage a team of high performers and keep them motivated
. Complete performance reviews with TL's and meet their respective teams to discuss performance and work with them on development plans.
. Guide, assist and support the team on career aspirations
. Recommend HR actions (salary actions, promotions, and terminations). Handle corrective actions when necessary.
. Responsible for supporting the management team in the implementation of strategic initiatives. Use skill set knowledge and experience to enhance the performance of the team through active participation on specific teams, when called upon, and as part of the management team.
. Assist with financial forecasting and budgetingManagement Communication Strategy with Stakeholders
