Job Description:-

• Provide high quality leadership in managing Sales Team in their daily business activities to meet the organization's goal.
• Need to develop and maintain channel Sales Network ( Distributor/ Dealer ).
• Create the successful Marketing opportunities and work on its implementation.
• Research & develop strategies to identify the business opportunities in the Market.
• Monitor and analyze Sales & Marketing activities against Targeted Goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Qualification: Graduate/ MBA( HR/ Marketing) | Regular Studies required from reputed University
• Experience: 5-8 years (Fmcg sector preferred)
• Salary Package : Rs. 3,00,000 Rs. 4,50,000 PA.
• Salary is no bar for the right candidate, 
• Should be comfortable to travel in any city and flexible for area relocation as per company's requirement.
• Smart & quick learner with excellent communication skills (Hindi| English)
• Kindly spare full day for interview
