We are looking Team Leader HR (WFH).1-2 years of experience required into core recruitment. 


Team Leader (HR) & Job Role:

• Responsible for Recruitment, Training & Development of HR Interns /HR Recruiters.
• Responsible for Coordinating with team of 10-15 HR Recruiters/ HR Interns
• Work as SPOC for client and fulfilling their hiring mandates.
• Achieving direct and team target of joining.
• Learn, explore and adopt the modern and latest technology in recruitment.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process starting from sourcing, ensure attendance of candidate in interview, offer negotiation, timely joining and retention completion.
• Client co-ordination and ensure their high level of satisfaction.
• Adherence to TAT / SLA with client for hiring.
• Maintaining all Tracker & Weekly MIS, Monthly MIS should be updated
  
• Monitoring All WhatsApp Group regarding daily followups, selection & joining details.
