Designation : Regional Business Head South India

Manage Team of 5 sales manager

Mainly Channel sales and Project sales

Sales Forecasting, planning , monitoring and team management

New dealer development

Sales Growth in Region

• Responsible for all primary & secondary sales through the above mentioned channel and execution of order fulfillment for individual and team members.

Execution of trade promotions like loyalty programs, special schemes & product promotions,designing local in shop promotions & activities to grow the channel business.

-Meetings with Architects, fabricators, dealers, distributors for business development

perspective.

Required candidates profile

MBA Preferred with 8 15 years relevant experience out of which 5 years should be handling a team of direct sales & others managers reportees under him , operating large dealer distribution

network of reputed brands in the building construction / fabrication industry ,

MUST HAVE WORKED in the Glass, Laminates & Aluminum product categories .

-- Excellent relationship building and management skills with customer.

---Should be from Building Material industry background.

--- Should have leaded a big team.

--- Good networking with Architects/Dealers/ Distributors Fabricators.

--- Excellent communication and presentation skills
