We are leading HR consulting agency in Pune for past 1 decade. We are predominantly in Recruitment IT and Non IT, HR Outsourcing, Contract Staffing, Career Counseling and Training and Development.
Currently the company is looking for an IT and Non IT Recruiter
Position- HR Recruiter
Experience -0-1yr
Location -Magarpatta, Pune(Currently Work from Home)
Salary-As Per Company norms.
Responsibilities-
- Able to handle Both IT and Non IT Recruitment.
- Responsibilities includesourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
- Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
- Bachelors Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
- Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS
- A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
- Proven experience with recruiting and applicant tracking tools as well as HR databases
Requirement-
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing,phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good decision-making skills.
