Job Profile
We would expect you to achieve the responsibilities delegated at a minimum turnaround time.
Handle Customers issues at various locations in and around Madurai on technical queries and other issues on Tally ERP.9 and give them the right solutions.
It is your accountability to procure AMC for licenses sold as well as to Promote and procure Customized orders. This requires system study and documentation and understanding of the clients business process.
Maintain log of the calls handled- Onsite/Remote or Telephonic for the day and share with the team head and team members.
Maintain high quality of customer support in the least turnaround time and with minimal escalations on calls.
Train the user on Tally ERP.9 and give quality knowledge on the features and uses.
Update in the suite CRM and report on all the calls/ work done.
