We're Opening for Sr. Engineer (Tools & Design)
Roles & Responsibilities :-

Location - Solan(HP)

1. Reports To Plant Head
2. Qualification(Essential) BE/B Tech in Mechanical Engg. with Tool & Design diploma
3. Experience Minimum 5 years in tool & design preferably with sheet metal industry
4. Age Band 25-30 Years.

• Leading Tool room team of 4-5 members
• Operational extensive knowledge of Auto-Cad, Creo, Solid works designing software.
• Understanding and working knowledge of CNC/Non CNC tool manufacturing machines.
• Tool designing/drafting layouts and developing tooling for new products.
• Working on prototypes for NPDs, R& D projects.
• Skill to analyse RFQs from customers to and workout tooling estimates and costing thereof.
• Coordinating and maintaining tooling related internal as well as external vendors.
• Part of production planning team to support routine production w.r.t to tooling
• To ensure effective maintenance of running tools.
• Optimization of all the available resources & capacity utilization.
• Coordination with quality & production at all times.
• Maintaining all the records relating to each tools as specified in SOPs
• Maintaining ISO standards and ensuring implementation and SOP for each tools and related machinery. 14) Customer Audits and compliances for tooling.
