We are hiring for Desktop Support Engineer for Hanu Software (Greater Noida)
Experience: - 1 to 2 Years
Education Qualifications: - Graduate
Job Type: - Permanent

Roles and Responsibilities:-
Basic Understanding of LAN network and troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of Microsoft active directory and domain services. Installation and troubleshooting of Operating system, like Windows 7/10 and Server OS- 2012/2016/2019. Troubleshooting and installation of devices like-printers, scanners etc. MS Office, Outlook installation, configuration and backup restore. Identify, log, and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems. Should have knowledge of Anti-Virus, Internet proxy, patch management etc. Remote support knowledge through (e.g., phone, email, chat). Coordination with vendor for warranty, support and call logging. Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches. Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups. Inventory records and reporting of H/w and software. Basic Communication Skills able to articulate and speak. Should be willing to work in 24*7 shifts.
