Desired Candidate Profile

Technical sales/ Support, international voice process(night shift)
*Responsible for identifying the needs of the customer and sell additional extended warranties.
*Can sell products like Antivirus, PC Cleaners, .
*Provide support to US CANADA customer related to their pc problem
*Responsible for resolve password related (Facebook ,Gmail, Yahoo, Etc) issues, reset password.
*Should be comfortable with Inbound and outbound both
