We are looking for good IT Recruiters having experience into domestic staffing industry who Involved in full cycle Recruitment like sourcing, identifying, telephonic interviews, screening, qualifying and negotiating rates, internet searches, performed reference checks, candidate selection and onboarding.
Good experience working on Contract , Contract to Hire
Excellent understating of IT Skills, Technologies and Sales.
Timely submission of resumes as per the position budget and negotiating finalizing salary accordingly.
Identifying and processing the right candidate towards closure to achieve a positive conversion.
Should maintain and update all MIS related to recruitment.
