Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for Sales Turnover, Customer Experience till conversion.
• Responsible for building loyal network of influencers for business generation.
• Scouting for Opportunities to reach out to End Consumers through various Sources and increase business in the most cost effective way.
• Own up the Customer Journey and Experience from Lead to conversion.
• Multitasking abilities to manage relationship with diverse influencers and stake holders (Interior designers, Kitchen studios, Bath stores and Trades).
• Exhibiting achievement orientation (targets) and execution excellence (sales tools, systems, process adoption)
• Understand Competition Offerings and constantly raise the bar of customer experience.

Be the First point of contact for escalations and be supportive in ensuring delighted customer.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven working experience as Customer service executives, or a relevant role

• B.Tech/BE and Science graduates with proven Sales Track Record (Option Preferred)
• B.Tech/BE with proven track record in services to homes industry (Option Atleast)
• MBA with any Back ground with proven track record in Individual Home Buyer segment.
• Minimum of 0-3 year experience in services to home segment.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
