Job Description
REQUIREMENT:
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate with MBA Degree from IIM, XLRI, IBS or such other equivalent institute in India/Abroad.
- Highly passionate for Education and Sports.
- Ability to communicate with and guide Schools' Directors & Principals on all issues related to maintaining a school and expansion.
- Skills in planning administration and growth of schools.
- Few years of experience of working in the education sector will be preferred.
Age: Not above 60 years.
Emoluments:
Befitting to the qualification & experience. No constraint for the most suited. Relaxation in age based on merit.
The candidate should not have health issues that would impact performance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Day To Day Operations
- Communicate with and guide schools Directors & Principals on all issues related to maintaining a school (i.e. PnL, Architecture/look and feel of the Infra, academics, marketing, branding, creatives statutory compliances, training, procurement, operations, HR etc.)
- Audit and ensure that all Schools comply regularly with vision and policies of SET.
- To ensure that the schools get into auto mode and use the ERP for all transactions.
- Evaluate the work of all Heads of various departments and set strategies goals/targets and ensure that they are measureable and desirable.
- Build a strong digital marketing campaign every month and monitor SEO regularly.
- Assess, monitor and minimise loss of attrition of students & staff.
- Report and keep Honble Chairman informed of all major decisions and plans on a regular basis.
Vision, Planning & Goal setting
- Lead the development and growth of Trusts short term and long term goals and build strategies for quality and expansion.
- Maintain awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.
- Ensure that the School and its staff maintain quality and a good social image wherever it does business (parents, vendors, covet officials etc.)
- Build excellent PR with people, social media and project the brand. favourably on all platforms.
