Role and Responsibilities
Management of administrative activities involving Building management, House Keeping & Facility, Security, Guest House Management, Fire & Safety, Telephone, Garden and Civil related works.
Responsible for Budget preparation, control and auditing of entire administrative cost of the Group.
Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
Ensure formulation of different policies relating to Administration, Security, intelligence & Vigilance and its smooth implementation in close co-ordination with different business / functional heads.
Handling the Guests and visitors of the Baldota Group of Companies and necessary arrangement involved.
Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
Job description
To manage maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
Handling emergencies & managing crisis
Organizing sport events and competitions.
Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
Perform incident analysis and investigation relating to all incidents with advice and closure to all responsible functional management and supporting security management.
Any other work assigned to you on time to time basis.
