3. Manpwoer cost control

4. Timely arrangement of manpower, control of uninformed absenteeism

5. Attrition control and review exit interviews

6. Training calendar for year to be ready and executed.

7. SEDEX and ISO 45001 audits

8. Culture improvement and employee bonding activities.
