We are currently hiring for Admission Officers to be based out of various locations in Tamil Nadu.

Min. Exp.: 2yrs+in sales/marketing/business development

CTC: up to 6LPA + performance based incentives

Education: Graduation Must Be Complete

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. Good command over Hindi & regional language

Locations: Cuddalore / Pollachi / Tirupur / Tuticorin / Coimbatore - RS Puram / Erode / Madurai / Nagercoil / Puducherry / Virudhunagar / Coimbatore - Avinashi Road / Tirunelveli / Madurai

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure a delightful customer experience while going for home visits to Counsel students and parents & close admissions.
• Contribute towards set targets by doing school visits for meeting principals, coordinators & management personnel for business development.
• Generate admissions by maintaining a continuous influx of data by conducting various ATL & BTL marketing activities like seminars in schools, open seminars in town & residential spots within a specified territory.
• Capitalize on business opportunities by liaising with local tuition teachers.
• To be successful as an AO, one needs to have the ability to handle customers of different temperaments in a calm, emphatic, and patient manner, along with strong sales persuasion skills.
