JOB DESCRIPTION
The Job requires interacting with customers over calls to ensure all issues are resolved to customer's satisfaction. Job requires you to understand the customer's problem accurately, follow the established procedures to resolve the problem, and communicate with the customers. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be dealing with our customers from all over India. As a company, we take great pride in the level of customer service we deliver to the customers. Therefore, we hire only the best customer service professionals.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1) Possess good communication skills, both oral and written.
2) Must be a Team Player.
3) Have a good attitude - Should be committed to the work.
4) Flexible for Rotational Shifts between 06:00 AM to 11:45PM (any 9 Hrs).
