URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR FORMULATIONS QUALITY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL FOR EXPORTS

Salary
3 to 3.7 lakhs pa all inclusive
- Sourcing interested candidates with suitable qualifications & experience
From Pharma Formulations cos. (or) Independent Analytical Laboratories (or) food products (or) food / pharma ingredients / chemicals with proficiency in Coordination, data analysis, documentation and problem solving - Candidates from related sectors like foods, API, chemicals with related
- Preferably Graduates / PGs in Chemistry, Biotech, etc or Diploma in Chemical Engg / Pharmacy with min. 5 years experience in any of the following functional areas
- Other graduates with relevant experience could be considered on merit
* FG Distribution
* QA
* QC & Testing
* Exports Logistics / coordination
* Technical Sales Coordination
* PPC
* Purchase

- Our client is part of Rs 75 Crores private limited co mfg finished pharma formulations
- The co. is an independent inspection and testing service provider for pharmaceuticals (formulation) cos. who wish to export their products.
What does the co. do
- It ensures that pharmaceutical formulations mfd by producers meet the required quality, health and safety standards, and specifications as per regulations and industry best practices to enable them to export
- Also provides services to assist / support foreign governments (Africa) in implementing pre-shipment inspection and testing at the country of origin (India) to ensure strict quality standards
- It assists manufacturers in document verification, physical inspection of the consignment and random sample collection for laboratory testing for shipment (Pan-India level)
- The co ensures quality, safety and performance of the exportable products as per standards
- Also conducts quality testing of the samples as per specific pharmacopoeia methods or in-house methods, as applicable.
Customers serviced
- The co. assists / services over 200 pharma formulations clients across the country in documentation, testing, inspection and other assistance as required to successfully export to African countries (mainly Mozambique)
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Graduate with at least 5 years quality and / or coordination experience - preferably from Finished formulations pharma cos. (or) any independent Analytical / testing Laboratories
- Some exposure to export documentation / procedures would be a big advantage
- Candidates with experience in QC function in any small to medium sized formulations mfg / exporters and interested in enhancing their career opportunities in semi-commercial functions may also be considered on merit
- Good communication & report writing skills essential
- Excellent analytical skills with proven ability to collate and analyse raw data (from quality testing and control)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Good communication AND coordination skills.
- Should have the ability to manage and coordinate the entire processes.
- Also have the ability to manage the process on the digital / online portal developed by our client / in-house portal.
- MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL ON DAILY BASIS TO SOUTH MUMBAI WESTERN LINE
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Technical Support
- To manage and coordinate the inspectors on field to ensure that the inspection and sampling of the consignment is done as per SOPs and the CLIENT requirements
- To coordination with the approved analytical labs to ensure samples have been delivered to them and the testing results / COAs are obtained on time.
- To ensure fast turn-around of inspection requests and efficiency in operations.
- To handle and manage discrepancies arising out of inspection and testing activities.
- To manage invoices to exporters and payments to the labs.
- AND to make sure that all activities of pre-shipment inspection, testing and reporting are done as per our internal requirements.
2. Documentation & Commercial Coordination
- To manage end-to-end operation of exporter registration, inspection, testing and issuance of report in line with internal processes.
- To liaise with exporters across India on pre-shipment activities and guide them through the process.
- To ensure prompt customer service to resolve queries or issues.

- Position reports to: Operation Head
- Weekly off: Sunday
- Office Timings: 10.00 am to 6.00 pm
