Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers, etc.
Interviewing candidates, salary discussions.
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

7- 15 yrs experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in engineering sector. Someone who can join immediate.
