Job Description

We are hiring Servicenow Developers who are part of Development projects based out Ness Hyderabad Development Center.

We need someone who is good in doing Root cause analysis on ServiceNow Platform, data fixes for resolution of case and incidents. Coding skills will be required at times, but it will be basic as they will be working most of production defect or small changes.

Desired Skills

Responsibilities:

Minimum of 5 years experience on ServiceNow platform as Developer

Experience in working java script libraries like Angular is desirable

Application support/ Root cause analysis/Data fixes with respect to case and incidents resolutions.

Adhoc sustenance engineering work for handling production defects/incidents as applicable

It s a mix of dev and support .
