Job Description
We are looking for Human Resource Executive at The Machan Resorts LLP.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary
The Corporate HR will perform full cycle recruitment for designated departments within the Leadership, Support, and Property teams as well as manage the candidate experience throughout the process. They will be responsible for utilizing and managing recruitment systems and tools to ensure that highly talented individuals are attracted, selected and retained as well as achieving staffing objectives. Successful individuals in this role will establish and maintain effective candidate pipelines and deliver timely and effective consultative services to meet The Machan Resort hiring needs.
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform extensive sourcing and screening of candidates to vet for culture, behavior, skills and specialized competencies with the goal of attracting and hiring the highest caliber talent for the organization.
Draws from experience and completes research to provide innovative ideas on social media, event, marketing, community services, colleges, and other forms of sourcing that generate high-quality candidate pools.
Manage the selection process including requisition management, selection process documentation, sourcing, candidate management, scheduling and conducting interviews, checking references and extending offers.
Provide an extraordinary candidate experience through consistent, accurate and inspiring communications during the recruiting process.
Determines position requirements by reviewing job descriptions, researching market conditions and consulting with the leadership team.
Contributes to continuous improvement efforts, while ensuring accurate data is available for reporting in the areas of candidate flow, time to fill, cost per hire, etc.
Supports multiple HR projects while continuing recruitment efforts for assigned departments.
Respond to requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
Collaborates with HR partners to execute enterprise-wide programs and solutions that meet business needs.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
High School Degree or Equivalent.
Minimum of two years overall HR experience.
Minimum of one year regional or corporate recruiting experience.
Must be self-motivated, take initiative and have the ability to learn quickly.
Must be able to develop relationships with various levels throughout the organization and establish trust.
Must collaborate and partner with team and partners in a highly professional manner with a positive attitude.
Impeccable communication skills that project credibility and meet the needs of the business.
Excellent guest service and business etiquette skills.
Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn and standard recruiting tools and techniques.
Time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs, candidates, and projects while providing accurate and timely status updates.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
Job Location: Andheri East, Mumbai.
Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time),
Salary: As per Industry Standards + Incentives,
Working: 6days working ( 2nd & 4th week 5days working),
Shift: 9hours (Day Shift).
