Installation/ Configuration MS Outlook- E Mail

Installation, configuration Network Printer/Scanner- Installation /Configuration VC /Webex Session Setup Antivirus S/W installation IE/Chrome Configuration & Troubleshooting Ticketing Tool : E-helpline : Incident & Service Request Handling knowledge

Communication Technical Expertise VIP Support  Video conferencing support

Good English communication skill

Resident Desktop Engineer who have direct interaction with end users Need ticketing tool knowledge and worked as per SLA

Preferably Banking and Finance project background who knows the business criticality.
