Job Description:

Manage a team of product executives and product managers who work towards building a vibrant tech-maker community in alignment with the company?s vision.
Develop Quarterly Plans to improve engagement of the members of the maker community by arranging tech events, tech challenges, tours, real-time tech solutions etc.
Conceptualise and implement plans on a regular basis to increase engagement within the community and its members.
Develop Quarterly Plans to showcase the Company's product usage and possibilities through Creative iterative projects.
Define and maintain metrics to measure the impact of community building activities.
Regular review meets with the team to ensure 100% satisfaction of customers on technical queries.
Handle queries from the community members on a daily basis.
Address the technical and general queries of the community members.
Provide insights to content creators and editors to improve the appeal of the content to end users.
Systematize and document the community processes to derive valuable insights on the behaviour of the community.

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  MBA/PGDM - Marketing
