Job Description

Urgent Requirement for Executive/ Sr Executive - PPC

Location : Mumbai

Minimum Education: B.tech, Diploma in Textile Technology

****Strong Technical background is required***

Exp Required: 3 - 5 Years

Notice Period : 1 Month or Less

Job Purpose

To ensure timely execution of orders and to ensure capacity utilization of in-house production units

Roles & Responsibilities- Specific Tasks to be performence

To co-ordinate with Tarapur as well as Saily unit for production related issues on daily basis
To ensure proper flow of orders from HO so that capacity utilization is taken care of
To place yarn indents according to orders in pipeline
To keep a check on yarn inventory levels as per desired norms
To co-ord for grey dispatch to various process houses
To co-ord for pieces for lab dyeing
To co-ord with sales team and issue programme to dyeing house
To take up quality related issues with production units
To generate reports for Value Loss, Yarn stocks, Pending sales orders, Dyeing status etc
To give dispatch instructions from process house to BT Bhiwandi as per sales requirements
To follow up with Dyeing co-coordinators to execute dispatch as per sales team requirement
