Job Description
Hi Candidates
Greetings of the day
We are hiring for,
Java Architect
Should be a hands on person (should be able to Architect, design and code)
Create Architecture blueprints and drive/influence the teams to adapt, implement
and extend the design
Should be ready to work with multiple teams and influence Architecture principles
and guidelines
Define/review best practices and guidelines from technical point of view
Ability to document architecture and design using tools and should be able to
articulate them to the teams
Should work closely with Product managers/owners in defining and influencing
technical roadmap for the products
Should help in architecting applications to scale (from volume perspective)
Mentor junior developers technically
Create prototype implementations to prove concepts. Collaborate with the
engineering team members to productize the concepts.
Identify new technology frameworks that can be utilized to improve the speed of
development and velocity of new capabilities to be introduced.
Research industry trends and propose changes to the current design as appropriate.
Suggesting and implementing improvements to existing product interfaces
Creative thinking to solve problems by looking beyond current practices.
Knowledge, Education, and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field of study
At Least 8+ years of experience (as a full-time employee)
Should be a great communicator within and outside the team, and produces good
documentation; is also a good listener.
Should stay organized and should be able to manage complex development with
abstract requirements.
Experience working in containerized solutions, serverless and event driven
architectures
Working experience on AWS or some parallel cloud technologies
Java, Spring or some parallel technologies like Typescript/JavaScript, NodeJS
Object Oriented thinking and design
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Micro services architecture
Good exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
Experience designing data models in relational and non-relational databases
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
